Who is responsible for your data?

This course is offered by Liliane Hustinx, based in the Netherlands. If you have questions about how your data is handled, you can reach me at info@tapintocalmness.com.

What data do I collect and why?

When you enroll in this course, I collect the following personal data:

Your name and email address, to give you access to the course and to send you course-related messages such as login details or updates.

Your course progress, meaning which lessons you have completed. This is stored automatically by the course platform so you can pick up where you left off.

If you sign up for the early-bird waitlist of an upcoming course, I store your name and email address so I can send you a confirmation and notify you when the course launches (including any early-bird discount code). You can ask to be removed from the waitlist at any time by emailing me.

I do not collect worksheet answers, session notes, or any other personal or sensitive content you work with during the course.

What is the legal basis for processing your data?

Your data is processed on the basis of the agreement between us: you enroll, I provide access. This falls under Article 6(1)(b) of the GDPR.

How long do I keep your data?

Your data is kept for as long as you have an active account. If you request deletion of your account, your personal data will be removed within 30 days.

Who has access to your data?

Your personal data is shared with the following categories of recipients, who all act as data processors on my behalf:

The course platform (Lovable), which hosts the website, course content, and user accounts.

Paddle.com Market Limited, our payment provider and Merchant of Record. When you purchase a course, Paddle processes your name, email address, billing address, and payment details in order to take payment, handle invoicing and tax compliance, and process any refunds. Paddle is the seller of record for every transaction. You can read Paddle's privacy policy at paddle.com/legal/privacy.

Where required by law, your data may also be shared with competent authorities or professional advisers (for example accountants). Your data is never sold or shared for marketing purposes.

Your rights

Under the GDPR you have the right to access the personal data I hold about you, to correct it if it is inaccurate, to request deletion, and to object to processing. To exercise any of these rights, contact me at info@tapintocalmness.com. I will respond within 30 days.

If you believe your data is not being handled correctly, you have the right to file a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens) at autoriteitpersoonsgegevens.nl.

Cookies

This course platform may use functional cookies to keep you logged in and track your progress. No tracking or advertising cookies are used.
